Experience personalized coaching at its finest with our 1:1 In-Person sessions tailored towards your goals whether for health, fitness or performance - we prescribe a strategy and outline expectations based around your current ability and experience, previous injury history and your means of resources.
Now we can train together, wherever you are in the world. At FunctionAll we have worked hard to deliver our 1:1 Online Training experience to create the same attention-to-detail and dedicated personal approach as our In-Person 1:1 sessions to help you achieve your goals.
Our 1:1 Virtual Training is meticulously designed around the specific needs of each clientele focusing on strength development, skill enhancement around your sport and building sustainable habits for longevity and health. We collaborate with you to create a roadmap to get you where you are to where you want to be.
These sessions are designed to cater to smaller groups to provide 1:1 value within a supportive, group environment, maximizing both competition and camaraderie. Sessions are catered towards team training concepts and strength and conditioning. The aim is to keep competition high while creating a learning experience for all.
Elevate your team's performance with our specialized Team Training or Workshops. We use team sport concepts to deliver lessons whether movement related, influence team development or simply building confidence amongst your team in a fun environment.
We offer an alternative training resource for your team or organization looking to expand their knowledge and experience, expose their individuals to a new environment to encourage multi skill development. We also offer consultations - available on request.

HEY! I’M COACH BANJ.
Thank you for visiting our website, it means the world to me. So here's a little about me. I was born and raised in South London, UK by my proud Filipino parents. I am a performance training specialist to some of the best athletes in Europe and Asia - taking a holistic approach training built around health, fitness and performance.
Growing up as an aspiring athlete - who wasn’t “athletic” or “gifted”- I managed to carve out a solid collegiate and semi-pro career which have shaped my post playing career, I was and lucky enough to travel the world because of a game while I can say the game blessed me with my closest friends to this day. Although, I never “made it” to the highest level playing, in hindsight my journey laid the foundation to where I am now as a mentor and coach, I’ve built (and continue to build) an understanding of the ‘why’ as much as the ‘how’ through a blend of own experiences and continual learning and development. Basketball reflects everyday life. Through the game, I've developed important life skills both on and off the court that I carry with me today.
Have you ever stepped into a gym and then had no idea where to start? Or ever worked tirelessly only to see little transfer from your training to your sport? This is where I come in. I wish I knew the things I know now.
