You are using a website (functionall.co.uk) operated by FunctionAll and referred to as FunctionAll or “we” in this agreement. "The Service" refers to all FunctionAll content, including the FunctionAll app (via third party coachiq), digital programs, educational videos, courses, seminars, imagery and all associated media. By accessing or using the content of FunctionAll you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions which consists of the following policies:

To withdraw this consent, you must cease using the products and terminate your subscription. Please contact us at ku.oc.llanoitcnuf%40ofni with any questions regarding this Agreement. FunctionAll may modify or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, so please review it periodically. Your continued use of FunctionAll services after any modification to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such modification. General Terms of Use
• You must be at least 12 years old to use the Service.• Any users under the age of 12 must have written permission from a parent or guardian before commencing a FunctionAll program.• You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your Account and/or purchase and you agree you will not sell, transfer, license or assign your account/purchase, followers, username, or any Account rights. • You must not defame, stalk, bully, abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate people or entities and you must not post private or confidential information via the comments sections throughout the FunctionAll website and/or app. If found doing so we reserve the right to delete your account and report you to the relevant authorities.• You may not use FunctionAll content, including all programs, courses, videos, photography, logos and other associated materials for your own personal gain. This includes the re-posting of FunctionAll materials to your own social media platforms, websites or other means of communication, without written prior consent from FunctionAll.• You must not change, modify, adapt or alter any FunctionAll materials or change, modify or alter another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with FunctionAll.• You may not use any FunctionAll materials for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.• You must not create or submit unwanted email, comments, likes or other forms of commercial or harassing communications (a/k/a “spam”) to any FunctionAll users or as to falsely imply that it is associated with FunctionAll.• FunctionAll reserves the right to terminate a subscription at any time.• Lack of payment will result in termination of subscription. Refunds Upon purchasing a FunctionAll product, you acknowledge that FunctionAll is not obliged to provide a refund on digital Products/Subscriptions/Courses (which includes all programs) purchased through the FunctionAll website. Refunds for digital products shall only be given in the following limited circumstances:1. If there was a technical issue and the buyer was unable to view the content.2. If the transaction was not a genuine transaction (e.g. card fraud etc)3. If there was a duplicate order or payment due to a technical fault. Genuine multiple orders by the same person are not eligible for a refund. Health Warning and Liability Disclaimer Your use of any FunctionAll programs and associated movements is at your own risk.  FunctionAll shall not be held responsible for any liability resulting from the use of FunctionAll programs. In no event shall FunctionAll be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited, to damages for personal injury, death, loss of livelihood, loss of enjoyment, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of profits, loss of future earnings, goodwill, use, and/or any other damages or other intangible losses. Before any physical activity suggested by FunctionAll you should consult your physician or other health care provider. If you are coming back from an injury or have been injured in the past you must communicate the details of your injury to the FunctionAll team via email before starting any FunctionAll programs. Un-suitability for the FunctionAll programs will not be a cause for refund should you have already purchased a FunctionAll subscription. Nothing stated or posted on the FunctionAll website, correspondence and/or associated social media pages is intended to be, and must not be taken to be, the practice or advice of a medical professional.
