Personal Training

  • How do I train with you?

    If you wish to enquire about In Person 1:1 or Small Group training please send an email to .ku.oc.llanoitcnuf%40ofni Alternatively if you are not local to the area we can also train together remotely with our Virtual training options which offer bespoke online programming to the same attention to detail (availability is limited). Lastly, if you wish to use my methods but would just like an online program you can purchase a subscription and follow an online program.

  • Where are you located?

    I am currently based in South London, United Kingdom. However I am available for mobile visits locally and globally (depending on availability). If you wish to enquire about 1:1 Personal Training or Small Group training please send an email to .ku.oc.llanoitcnuf%40ofni

  • Can I carry sessions over month to month?

    Unfortunately sessions cannot be carried over and must be redeemed within the payment windows (30 days usually). There are some mitigating circumstances where we the service provider may make an exception however that is to the discretion of the company.

  • What is the refund policy?

    No refunds are granted once payment is completed. We do allow one initial pardon and rescheduling if it is under extenuating circumstance (eg family emergency). After this instance, the session is void.

  • How are the programs designed? 

    This depends on the program. We have programs that run week-to-week like our Movement Literacy program catered to beginners and young athletes, longer programs between 8-12 weeks whereas we have subscriptions like the Move With Purpose program all year round. We blend different strength training methods - mobility, brain training and more - across the week to create structured daily workouts that have purpose to help you make progress and adapt while reducing the risk of injury. We also recommend repeating phases if there is limited progress or the progressions are too difficult (we are also available to offer feedback). 

  • What resources do I need?

    This dependent on the program, but each exercise or drill adaptable to little to no equipment. We do advise prior to certain programs that you have access to a gym equipment to perform the workouts. However, we consciously programmed exercises based risk versus reward. Our aim is to maximise our time together, simplify our programming using accessible equipment and provide alternatives if need be.

  • Do I need to be experienced in weight room?

    Our programming is carefully designed to limit and minimise the risk of injury. However like any practical exercise there is an inherent risk of injury. There are some programs that place higher demand in terms of strength, coordination and complexity thus increasing the risk for injury. All movement can be adjusted based on skill level. All programs have been tested on players of all levels using progressions and modifications to meet players where they're at.

  • Are the programs a one time fee? 

    Yes and No - This is dependent on the program. We want to offer value and have an offering for everyone.
    With any purchase that has a recurring monthly fee, you'll be able to access to the program on a pay-per-monthly basis (there is a 30 day cancellation policy). Please understand that a massive amount of work goes behind-closed-doors to ensure that you get value - we're proud to offer additional content and resources (varying on the programs) that differ from other practitioners' offering.
    Our one time payment programs are strictly so that you can follow on your own at your own pace. We usually advise this for more experienced individuals that are confident in the gym environment and hold themselves accountable.
    Prior to purchase please understand whether the program has a one off fee or an ongoing subscription.

  • Can I purchase with PayPal?

    We understand that accessibility to the TeamBuildr app varies region to region. Please send an email to ku.oc.llanoitcnuf%40ofni if you have any issues and we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

  • Are there refunds?

    No refunds are accepted on FunctionAll Performance programs.
