Discovery Call to learn more about each other

We conduct a full discovery call and Q&A based around three core questions - your training experience, your injury history and your goals. We'll explore where you are currently at and discuss how we can get to where you want to be.
We understand that each individual is different and that we ask the right questions to support you to build sustainable habits that help you achieve your goals.
This initial conversation lays the foundation for what you want and we combine that with a movement screening and health, fitness and performance protocol to ensure your training is sustainable and progressive.

We deliver an Initial Movement Screening and Performance Testing to determine a starting point and we provide feedback along the findings from the discovery call and Q&A.
